Welcome to the sonic mosaic of my work.

Under my real name — Matija Jocić — I express myself through the piano. Classical interpretation, original solo pieces, acoustic explorations — all grounded in the discipline and sensitivity shaped through years of academic training as a pianist. This is the space of form, nuance, and inner motion.

These two worlds don’t exist separately — they collaborate.
Antipod Stretto is an extension, a counterpoint, a reflection.
Together they form a whole — and that’s what I offer here:
a glimpse into the many shapes of one creative impulse.

So listen freely. Explore both faces.
Because this is not a split — it’s the range of one sound.

But music, for me, doesn’t end at the edge of the piano.
That’s where Antipod Stretto begins — my second identity.

It lives in other colors: synthscapes, ambient structures, experimental electronics, as well as film music and soundtrack elements. Sometimes piano again — but freed from form, in conversation with sound beyond tradition.

FUTURE PROJECTS

Cubophony

Deconstructing silence, sculpting harmonies from Picasso’s ghosts

I’m currently developing a new series of compositions inspired by iconic works of visual art - starting with a piece by Picasso. The idea? What happens when a painting doesn’t just speak to you… but plays back? Every brushstroke, every muted color, becomes a gesture in sound. This is not an interpretation, but a dialogue between mediums - It’s playful, a little weird, and a fun excuse to blend classical piano with synths and ambient textures.

Let’s just say, the canvas is getting noisy.
